It has been confirmed, my closest friend Erika is ETing. She leaves on Monday and I am so so sad. But, I am excited for her and her new prospects at home. But everyone feel sorry for me, cause its sad.

    Yes, it is sad...the honeymoon period is over.
    Are you working with only one English teacher? She may be embarassed about her English. What level are the students? Does she use a lot of Georgian? Well, your Georgian is probably better than you think. Teach us some on your blog, okay?

    sunshine i know just what you are going through, the two people i'm closest two ETed and it sucks like none other. i just read your email but didnt get a chance to repsond back. i have to go try to catch a matatu to take me home before the downpour starts ebcause the roads wash out and the matatu gets stuck like 5 kilometyers from my house and the mud and cow shit pile up to about 5 inches you need to slosh through. i'll be back online probably on the 30th or so. i miss you like crazy, things just get harder and harder...just lonely, you know? i love you though, keep up the work, i hear everything you say in your email but give it more time -- its worth it. -shules
